The agency is a facilitator of employment and is not an employer. The agency does not have any control over the working conditions of the domestic workers it places. All employment terms and conditions are agreed upon between the employer and the domestic worker.


The agency charges a fee for its services. The fee is paid by both the employee and the employer and is usually a percentage of the domestic worker's salary.


The agency is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur to the domestic worker while they are in the employ of the employer. The employer is responsible for providing a safe working environment for the domestic worker.


The agency is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between the employer and the domestic worker. The employer and the domestic worker are responsible for resolving any disputes they may have.
